Today, I was suffering with a bit of headache early in tht morning resulting in my over sleep. I could not make it to the class. I didnot attend the four classes in the morning though I attended the CAD lab in the afternoon.

I created a feed for the RSS that is available from my blog website[powered by blogger.com] http://praveenj.blogspot.com into the address[powered by the site which I found newly on the internet feedburner.com] http://feeds.feedburner.com/praveenjblogger . The feed is really good and the whole updated RSS is given by a small image that is automatically generated. The image generated for me looks like :
Praveen Jaladanki

I like this thing. This is Technology at its best. Also, I reactivated my account in the Mywallop. It is a flash website and very much interactive. The network, in particular, is simply superb.

Until today, I had been busy with the CPC [Campus Placement Course] and hence could notmake it to the computer center. I am doing satisfactorily in CPC, not satisfied in the Technical part though. I am OK in the Aptitude part. Anyway, I am doing quite good on the whole.

Last sunday, there was a programme called S-PAC [standing for Students' Professional Awareness Conference] which was held in the A2 Hall by IEEE society of our college. This was the first of its kind in India. They collected a nominal fee of Rs.150/- for the entry. I am calling this a nominal one, because the lectures given by the guests were simply informative. The guests for the programme were [in the order of presentation] Prof. Ashok Jhunjhunwala - Scientist turned Entrepreneur ; Dr.B.V.Ravikumar - Xcyton Diagnostics Ltd. ; Mr. Laxman Badiga - Wipro Tech., Bangalore ; Mr.Maria Sundaram[our alumnus from M.Tech. Manufacturing Tech.] - General Electric [GE], Bangalore.

The motto of all the profound speeches, they had given were simply creating an awareness for the students in the fields of Profession. Each person was from a different discipline, which actually made it easy for us to distinguish between the topics. Each presentation was also added with their personal experiences which, when they were explaining, were being felt by all of us. Truly, I am proud of taking part of the first ever S-PAC programme in India.
